• assistance during banns;
• arrival and preparation with the celebrant;
• the ceremony;

In my experience, every couple is unique, so each quote is tailored to your needs. The cost depends on your chosen destination, ceremony duration, any additional services requested, and documents requiring translation, such as ceremony booklets, menus, or invitations.

The sooner you book, the better. Ideally, reserve 8 to 6 months in advance to collect all the documents, and 6 to 4 months to submit them to Italian authorities. I always try to accommodate later requests, if available. In Italy, the wedding season runs from April to October, with peak demand between June and August. July and August are especially busy due to summer holidays and court office closures, which can make obtaining sworn documents and booking services more challenging (and expensive!).
